About The Position

The Sales Technology Consultant will drive the adoption of our technology platform across all active markets and position Warner Pacific’s solutions as a key differentiator in the health insurance industry. This role blends sales enablement, product marketing, broker training, and strategic feedback. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and broker partners to ensure our technology is understood, adopted, and positioned as a competitive advantage in the health insurance industry. Position Overview: The Senior Sales Technology Consultant serves as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Broker Partners to increase adoption of Warner Pacific’s Suite of Technology Tools. This role blends sales enablement, product marketing, broker training, and operational alignment to strengthen our technology footprint nationwide. You will lead broker-facing demos and training sessions, collaborate with Sales Consultants to win new business, and provide strategic feedback to internal teams to guide future product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of health care/medical sales/service experience, preferred.
  • Valid Life/health insurance license, preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience leading demos, trainings, or client-facing sessions.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and IT teams.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement, technology tools, SaaS platforms, or broker/insurance operations.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using CRM systems (Salesforce), reports, or dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Curiosity about new technology, especially AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live demos and training for Warner Pacific’s Suite of Technology Tools
  • Develop broker-facing enablement materials, including one-pagers, webinars, guides, and playbooks.
  • Tailor training programs to diverse audiences—from boutique agencies to national firms—based on needs and technology fluency.
  • Customize demo accounts for presentations, events, and Warner University sessions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams to refine engagement and content using post-session data and feedback.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Broker—translate user needs into actionable insights for Product, IT, and Marketing.
  • Partner with IT and Data teams to explore AI-driven workflow enhancements.
  • Co-lead client demos with Sales Consultants to demonstrate tool value and drive adoption.
  • Support consistent, impactful messaging around technology across sales decks, campaigns, and the broker technology tools.
  • Provide leadership with reports on broker adoption, utilization trends, and training ROI.
  • Maintain and update all training materials and demo content in alignment with product releases and new market launches.
  • Collect broker feedback and usage data to inform the product roadmap and marketing priorities.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) activities for new technology initiatives, including rollout planning and collateral creation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve user experience and translate technical functionality into business value.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards with internal Data teams to provide Sales Consultants with real-time insights.
  • Manage the Benchmark Reporting Program to deliver data-driven market and carrier performance insights.
  • Present quarterly market trends and competitive analyses to Sales and Carrier Partners.
  • Train internal teams on positioning Warner Pacific’s technology against competitors.
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant data practices to ensure accuracy and security across quoting and enrollment tools.
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation for business growth.
