About The Position

In the role of Associate Manager Sales Technology working in Chicago, IL you will be part of the Commercial Operations team. This position reports to Manager Sales Technology Enablement and will collaborate with IT and our sales organization to drive sales efficiency by embedding business processes in our technology tools.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a sales or sales support role
  • You have a passion for technology and learning new systems and have experience using tech from a sales perspective
  • You love a challenge – you complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
  • You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.
  • You are confident and competent – you are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent relationships within the business, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • You have accountability and take pride with a proven track record of delivering.

Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholder groups within our sales organization to gather feedback on their roles and our sales tools.
  • Prioritize feedback, enhancements, and development ideas within the scope of IT across business units, and act as a stakeholder for that development.
  • Provide change management support, collaboration and execution for ongoing selling processes and system enhancements. This can be done via training webinars, small group training sessions, onboarding sessions, our Salesforce Champion networks and occasionally in the retail marketplace.
  • Serve our stakeholders by developing and executing sustainable, relevant and meaningful change management strategies, plans and deliverables.
  • Assist the broader Sales Technology team in driving adoption across all levels as well as assisting the commercial team with taking necessary transitions from current state to desired state.
