About The Position

The Team Lead is responsible for driving individual sales performance while providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to Solutions Consultants. This role serves as a key liaison between the sales team and management, ensuring alignment on performance expectations, communication flow, and operational execution. The Team Lead balances personal production with leadership responsibilities, acting as a mentor, trainer, and escalation point for both clients and team members.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Salesforce.
  • High level of accountability, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field, or comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • At least three years of sales experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor, coach, and support Solutions Consultants to improve performance and call quality.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for agents and handle escalated client calls.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback, including call reviews and coaching.
  • Serve as liaison between Solutions Consultants and Sales Manager; escalate issues and support process improvements.
  • Conduct financial education sessions and communicate with clients via inbound/outbound calls to drive sales.
  • Assess client financial situations and recommend tailored debt consolidation solutions; overcome objections and close sales.
  • Manage personal pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up, documentation, and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and sales expectations.
