In this role, you’ll guide and develop a team of sales representatives, driving success and exceeding targets for our iconic Pepsi brands in the Winona territory. If you're passionate about leadership and sales, we’d love to hear from you! “A day in the life of a Sales Team Advisor looks like:” · Drive Distribution and Displays: Secure placement for new GPC beverages and implement display activities to support sales goals. · Order Management: Manage orders for GPC beverages across all assigned accounts. · Customer Agreements: Sell and ensure compliance with Customer Development Agreements (CDAs) at designated accounts. · Store Resets: Reset Small and Large Format accounts to align with GPC standards. · Engage Customers: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers. · Retail Insights: Conduct weekly retail audits and track ad performance to inform strategies. · Foster Relationships: Build and nurture strong customer relationships while driving sales growth. · Lead the Team: Inspire, coach, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets. · Optimize Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and team effectiveness.
