In this role, you’ll guide and develop a team of sales representatives, driving success and exceeding targets for our iconic Pepsi brands in the Winona territory. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or another Business-related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years related experience
  • Preferred proven sales and service ability within the soft drink industry
  • Demonstrate intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs. periodically

Responsibilities

  • Drive Distribution and Displays: Secure placement for new GPC beverages and implement display activities to support sales goals.
  • Order Management: Manage orders for GPC beverages across all assigned accounts.
  • Customer Agreements: Sell and ensure compliance with Customer Development Agreements (CDAs) at designated accounts.
  • Store Resets: Reset Small and Large Format accounts to align with GPC standards.
  • Engage Customers: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers.
  • Retail Insights: Conduct weekly retail audits and track ad performance to inform strategies.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and nurture strong customer relationships while driving sales growth.
  • Lead the Team: Inspire, coach, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Optimize Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and team effectiveness.
