In this role you will contribute to all aspects of sales enablement including onboarding, needs assessments, content and program development, coaching, delivering instructor-led and on-line as well as designing eLearning content for our LMS. This role requires the ability to travel to our Bellmawr, NJ location three days a month.

Requirements

  • Has 3–5 years of professional experience in training, onboarding, enablement, system support, or a related role
  • Comfortable working from and traveling to Bellmawr, NJ or Elverson, PA when needed
  • Enjoys teaching software and systems, especially CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Has a natural aptitude for technology and learns new tools quickly
  • Is comfortable working with business users and explaining systems clearly and patiently
  • Has experience supporting or delivering training in a professional environment
  • Is organized, reliable, and comfortable balancing facilitation with coordination
  • Is looking for a hands-on systems training role, not a senior, strategic, or leadership position

Responsibilities

  • Teach sales teams how to use HubSpot, ERP, and related sales systems through in-person and virtual training
  • Deliver clear, step-by-step instruction that builds confidence with technology
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, CRM Labs, and reinforcement training
  • Answer system-related questions and help learners work through common challenges
  • Support users with varying levels of technical comfort in a patient, practical way
  • Support administration of the Dayforce LMS, including course setup, scheduling, and learner records
  • Help ensure training data is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with tracking and reporting for Sales Distribution training programs
  • Build and manage onboarding and training schedules using Trello
  • Coordinate Microsoft Teams meetings and in-person training logistics
  • Partner with internal facilitators to ensure sessions are prepared and run smoothly
  • Coordinate with external product vendors to schedule training and record completions
  • Create clear job aids, reference guides, and micro-learning materials using tools such as Canva, Articulate, and PowerPoint
  • Develop reinforcement materials that support ongoing adoption of HubSpot and other systems
  • Collect training feedback and help identify opportunities to improve the learner experience
  • Share observations on where users struggle and where additional system support may be helpful
