At Samsung Ads, the Platform Intelligence (PI) team is actively exploring the latest deep learning and generative AI techniques to improve our existing systems and products and create new revenue streams. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Salesforce platform or development.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and trends.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintenance of Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Support with data quality routines, feature testing and documentation updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze CRM data and generate reports.
  • Provide administrative support for Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of Salesforce tools and functionalities.
