AI & Systems Intern
About The Position
We’re building smarter, more connected business systems powered by AI, data, and automation. Our team supports a wide range of platforms—analytics tools, business applications, and enterprise systems—to improve how teams operate and make decisions. As an AI & Systems Intern, you’ll help enhance and connect systems across Finance, Operations, and other core business functions while exploring how AI can streamline workflows and unlock insights. This role blends technology, data, and business processes, offering hands-on experience with real enterprise tools and challenges. You’ll work alongside experienced practitioners in a high-growth, PE-backed software company—supporting system improvements, building automations, and experimenting with AI-driven solutions that make a tangible impact across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support and improve systems across analytics platforms, core business tools, and enterprise applications
- Help build and test AI-powered solutions (e.g., assistants, reporting tools, workflow automation)
- Work with data to support dashboards, reporting, and business insights
- Assist in connecting systems using APIs and automation tools
- Help streamline and document business processes across teams and functions
- Support implementation of new tools, integrations, or system enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business
