About The Position

The Sales Support position will assist the sales team with product sales, inventory and maintaining goals. Sales Support provides customers with timely orders and friendly service and maintains a constant professional image. Assists with store re-sets.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and approved driving record.
  • Ability to operate ordering and tracking electronic devices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and managers.
  • Sufficient math skills to perform calculations of margins and other sales related functions
  • Ability to merchandise heavy product and have the stamina to sustain for up to 11 hours each day

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales/merchandising a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lives and models BROWN VALUES in everything we do.
  • Maintain a professional image with focus on the customer.
  • Generally, starts work between 5 and 6 AM and continues until the work is completed
  • Must be knowledgeable in products and sales processes
  • Perform accurate product ordering
  • In-store merchandising includes stocking shelves, coolers, and drink displays.
  • Manage store product inventory
  • Execution of marketing programs
  • Assists with small and large format store re-sets which require moving and setting up racks and moving product.
  • Ensuring product freshness by rotating product and attending to expired product
  • Ensuring coolers and drink equipment are clean and maintained. Requesting service when needed.
  • Achieve maximum sales and deliver total service to all accounts in the assigned area with the overall goal of total distribution of the Brown Bottling Group, Inc. product line.
