About The Position

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our continued growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Support professional to strengthen and support our in-home sales team. Sales Support (Full-Time | Inside Position) This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, highly organized, and motivated to grow into a long-term leadership path. You will help lay the foundation for each sales day, keep systems accurate and consistent, and actively support the sales team in driving results. This is not a short-term job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us. Requirements

Experience in sales and working within structured systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with sales professionals
Coachable and willing to follow a proven model without deviation
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow professionally
No degree or certification required

Responsibilities

Prepare and organize sales systems and workflows at the start of each day
Maintain accuracy and completeness of sales data, reports, and systems
Actively reach out to designers throughout the day to re-engage clients, follow up on opportunities, and remove roadblocks
Support the sales team with creative strategies to help close deals and move projects forward
Ensure strict adherence to the Closets by Design sales model and processes with 100% consistency
Wrap up daily systems and reporting to ensure accuracy, accountability, and readiness for the next day
Serve as a reliable point of support between sales, management, and operations
