Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales support or customer service within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interface effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for sales growth.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Candidates must have proven industry experience and have previously held similar roles with an IT Reseller, Distributor, or Manufacturer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related function.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with NetSuite, CRM platforms, and other sales tools preferred.
  • Understanding of Technologent’s product and service offerings a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations & Administration Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, CRM data maintenance, and inventory tracking.
  • Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and documentation to ensure accurate tracking of sales activity and performance.
  • Assist in contract reviews and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and customer expectations.
  • Customer Support & Engagement Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Quotations & Proposals Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals, incorporating proper pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure consistency and compliance in proposal submissions.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in developing sales forecasts and contribute to the preparation of annual sales budgets.
  • Collaboration & Enablement Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales representatives in the use of CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Conduct or coordinate training sessions for the sales team on new tools, processes, or product updates.
  • Market & Competitive Insights Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support the sales team in developing targeted strategies to improve performance and customer engagement.
