ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Adhere to defined sales support processes, documentation standards, and quality requirements. Provide sales support to sellers and sales managers at all levels. Prepare and process sales quotations and support quote-to-order activities by gathering, validating required information, and pursuing necessary approvals. Complete accurate and timely updates within CRM systems, including opportunity and account maintenance. Research and process sales credit change and account ownership requests using established templates and approval paths. Initiate no-charge orders, returns, credits, demo orders, replacement orders, in accordance with standard procedures. Works with internal departments as needed (Bids, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Service, Technical Support, Credit, Analytics). Identify issues that fall outside standard procedures and escalate appropriately to senior team members, supervisors or managers. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES / SUCCESS FACTORS Ability to consistently follow established procedures and complete work with a moderate degree of supervision. Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail across transactional and system-based work. Working knowledge of sales support processes and the ability to recognize and escalate exceptions appropriately.
