Responsibilities

Help our Designer/Sales team sell
Provide the first experienc e our customers have with Closets by Design
Schedule Designer appointments by responding to appointment requests via phone and text, meeting or exceeding appointment goals
Provide administrative support to Designer/sales team
Follow up with customers to reschedule missed appointments and survey their experience with Designer
No cold-calling!
