About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to support our growing team of account executives. This position is essential in helping our account executives navigate the operational intricacies of their day-to-day processes, ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.  The sales support specialist will interface with both internal and external customers while performing a variety of ad-hoc and structured value-add processes in support of our overall sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office / Excel skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Four-year college degree in business administration or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Homebuilding experience preferred

  • Homebuilding experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact between customers and sales team, facilitating communication regarding new bids, updated pricing and various other customer needs
  • Support internal operations teams by addressing customer communication needs as they arise
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing timely updates
  • Monitor bidding reports and process to ensure customer needs are met
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to verify accurate purchase orders are being issued in timely manner
  • Create ad-hoc reports to provide insights and support both the customer and sales team
  • Document and vet scopes of work to ensure alignment with customer expectations
  • Maintain records of customer interactions to support better decision making
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and other industry stakeholders
