About The Position

We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining and supporting the direct sales process of its Mobile & Wind Solutions (M&W) products. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. This position is the primary representative of the company in the marketplace and, as such, is responsible for maintaining and conveying a high degree of competence, credibility and personal integrity. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple deadlines

  • SAP Enterprise system knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage defined Corporate Accounts: order entry, forecasting, quotes, production line customer support and any necessary tasks to satisfy the customer demands.
  • Develop strong company knowledge and product knowledge to properly represent the overall organization.
  • Long and short term forecasting for customer base assuring alignment between Sell-Out (Sales) plans with Sell-In (Procurement) plans.
  • Communicate with production facilities worldwide to ensure material availability and to streamline the shipment process.
  • Help the Procurement team support adequate decisions regarding proper inventory levels for customer base.
  • Aid in technical support to customers as needed (along with our Drive Service Center).
  • Create comfortable working relationship with customers and prospects. (Excellent communication skills)
  • Resolve customer & product related problems including being an available liaison for Claims Mgmt.
  • Initiate and implement plans of action to reduce redundancies in all internal job processing and documentation thereof.
