Requirements

• 2-5 years of Promotional Product industry experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• A positive, solution‑oriented mindset and team‑first attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Mimaki printers or CO₂ laser engraving a plus

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with customer presentations, quotes, and order tracking
• Source promotional products and apparel for customer programs and special events
• Consult with customers on product selection while ensuring brand compliance
• Create and maintain customer profiles and program documentation
• Develop flyers and materials for marketing promotions
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
