Pritchard Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support their Commercial Sales team from within the Commercial Finance organization. This role plays an important part in ensuring sales activity is documented accurately, priced correctly, and processed efficiently—helping the business grow while maintaining strong financial controls. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, finance, and operations and values accuracy, organization, and follow-through.

Requirements

• Experience in a sales support, finance support, commercial operations, or administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working with pricing, documentation, and internal systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
• Ability to partner with sales teams while maintaining accuracy and consistency

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Sales team with quotes, pricing details, and sales documentation
• Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and deal paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate approvals and handoffs between Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Track deal progress and follow up on required information
• Maintain accurate records in sales and finance systems
• Assist with reporting related to pipeline activity and deal status
• Help identify and improve sales and finance support processes
