This role partners with customers on tools, hardware, materials, and procedures. In collaboration with an Account Manager, the Sales Support Specialist develops quotes, navigates pricing inquiries, nurtures relationships with customers, and facilitates sales activities to help advance overall territory sales. Guide Strategic Solutions: Develop quotes, guide pricing strategies, and process orders to ensure our customers receive the best possible support for their operations. Meaningfully Address Customer Needs: Courteously navigate inquiries regarding billing and order status, providing thoughtful follow-up to ensure total satisfaction. Leverage Modern Tools: Use Salesforce daily to maintain an accurate and helpful record of customer interactions, contributing to a clear and organized sales analysis. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; ideally, you bring a Bachelor’s degree or a combination of three years of related experience and education that has prepared you for this role.
  • We value experience in industrial outside sales (approximately three years is a great benchmark).
  • Ideally, you have some familiarity with compressed gases or welding knowledge.
  • We encourage candidates with customer service or sales experience in the local market to apply.
  • You should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and an appropriate level of auto insurance coverage.
  • Commitment to operating within a drug-free workplace.
