As a Sales Support Specialist (Onboarding) , you will support the team responsible for delivering a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands guided by a strong focus on growing market share. On the Global Support team reporting to Director Sales Support Enablement, you will focus on coordinating setup tasks, maintaining onboarding resources, and supporting new sales hires globally to ensure a seamless start. You will design, maintain, and enhance the Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) onboarding experience to reflect our culture, tools, and ways of working. As the central point of coordination, you will partner closely with leaders, coaches, and subject matter experts. This partnership will ensure each new hire is prepared and set up for success. You will oversee onboarding documentation, processes, system access, and administrative setup. Your goal is to ensure a seamless experience from pre-boarding through early tenure. As the primary contact for coaches supporting new hires, you will provide clear guidance, strengthen operational readiness, and help accelerate integration across the global HWS team.
