Join our Sales team in the Natural Gas and Retail Energy markets. We're seeking a Sales Support Analyst passionate about making an impact in deregulated energy. This Houston-based role reports to the Sales Support Manager and supports indirect sales activities across multiple markets, including custom pricing requests, commercial sales agreement processing, and prospect/account setup. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, expertly managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy across multiple concurrent tasks. Responsibilities

  • Employees in this role directly support our Sales team for processing commercial agreements.
  • Core responsibilities include acting as liaison between our Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners and Customers, including: analyze inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately.
  • Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments. Increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility.
  • Provide frequent and consistent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  • Assists with quotes, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and other quoting efforts to ensure accurate and timely proposals
  • Submits load data requests and verify accuracy of account data
  • Distributes leads to sales staff
  • Assists with large projects to ensure accurate and timely quotes
  • Assists with post-sales efforts to ensure timely and accurate implementation through billing of services
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
