The Prospect & Lead Analyst (Sales Support Representative) is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You will be responsible for qualifying and keeping track of incoming leads, using our internal CRM System. This individual will act as a brand ambassador, representing the company and answering all the questions flowing from the chats, calls, voicemails, website, emails, etc. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
