Position Overview The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer requests, coordinating orders, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure a seamless customer experience. This position works closely with sales representatives, vendors, and internal departments such as logistics and warehouse. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in food distribution, wholesale, grocery, or logistics industries preferred

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Assist with order entry, pricing updates, and product information requests
Communicate with sales representatives regarding orders, product availability, and delivery schedules
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Track and manage customer credits in Excel, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
