Job Summary The Outside Sales Support Representative will be working with a small team of Outside Sales Representatives in their designated region and providing support in the development of dealer/customer relationships, maintaining market presence, update distributor displays and P.O.P. material and orchestrating customer appreciation events. The person will run point on pipeline management in CRM for broader sales team. Job Location This position is hybrid across manufacturing & office locations in IL, IN & WI. The person must live in Chicago metro area, Indianapolis metro area or southern Wisconsin.

Requirements

  • High School or technical school or equivalent in some experience, training and education
  • Salesforce or any CRM Experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven support experience
  • Excellent customer service-oriented skills
  • Computer literate, especially MS Office suite, order tracking software, email, etc
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance
  • Ability to transport heavy construction materials (SUV/Truck Preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in block/brick manufacturing industry or related field recommended

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Sales Team’s pipeline management in CRM.
  • Monitor and maintain all P.O.P. material and associated Marketing materials such as catalogs for the assigned region
  • Responsible for handling sample requests and deliveries with both Commercial and Residential Samples
  • Coordinate and implement sales driven programs such as (but not limited to) “Demo Days” with vendors and education sessions amongst dealers, contractors and architectural firms
  • Maintain weekly communication with all Outside Sales Representatives & Managers
  • Travel to each assigned region as requested (WI, IL & IN primary but may require training beyond)
  • Monitor inventory of our products and place orders when necessary
  • Pursue GC’s & key stakeholders in industry to support sales team efforts
  • Oversee Administrative sales functions to support sales program
  • Maintain weekly expense reports
  • Other duties as assigned
