At Grain Millers, our Sales team is the link between our customers' success and our company's ability to deliver excellence every day. We're looking for a Sales Support Manager who will empower our Sales organization to operate efficiently, strategically, and in true partnership with our customers. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless customer experience-from the moment an order is placed to final delivery-and to supporting the systems and people that make it all happen. You'll be instrumental in leading process improvements, leveraging CRM and ERP technologies, and fostering collaboration across Sales, Operations, Quality, and Customer Service to elevate responsiveness, accuracy, and satisfaction. You'll partner closely with Sales Managers, Operations and Quality teams at our production facilities, IT, and Marketing to ensure alignment on forecasts, pricing, and performance. Your leadership will help strengthen internal trust, enhance communication, and improve the flow of information across departments. As the leader of a talented Sales Support team, you'll coach, mentor, and develop individuals to perform at their best-helping them gain mastery of internal systems, deepen customer relationships, and deliver best-in-class service that reflects Grain Millers' values. You are a people-focused leader who thrives on building strong teams and solving complex problems. You understand how technology, process, and people intersect to create a great customer experience.
