The Sales Support Manager role is responsible for coordinating and managing the administration of the T5 Operations sales process. The role supports sales leadership with a success-based bonus structure, aligned directly with the sales team’s performance. Applicants should be goal-minded, with an interest in learning and contributing to a strategic team-selling model, including coordinating with technical, operations, construction, finance, management, proposal and other sales team members. Accountability, understanding requirements, meeting client driven timelines and maintaining the T5 customer standards are central to the role. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
