We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Manager to lead and develop our Building Sales Support function across Evac North America (ENA). This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving high-quality sales support, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and supporting sustainable business growth. About the role Reporting to the VP, Global Building Customers, you will oversee the Building Sales Support team, ensuring best-in-class quotation quality, robust sales processes, and effective technical support to the sales organisation. You will act as a critical link between Sales, Technology, Supply Chain, Project Management, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant industry, ideally within project-based or technical sales environments
  • Solid understanding of project business and technical solution selling
  • Proven experience leading or coordinating a support or technical team
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to support both internal and external customers
  • Confident working in an international environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Building Sales Support team, fostering high performance and accountability
  • Own and continuously improve quotation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
  • Ensure high-quality, timely quotation documentation across the building segment
  • Act as a technical and solution specialist, supporting sales teams on complex projects
  • Drive close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, and Product Management
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and new territories to support business growth
  • Contribute to market expansion strategies and revenue growth initiatives
  • Support CRM maintenance and development to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence to support sales, business control, and development
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
