This role is responsible for coordinating technical sales requests and support to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability. The Sales Engineer bridges the gap between customer needs, product capabilities, and internal Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to provide technically sound solutions and seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include preparing technical proposal, developing and reviewing technical drawings, supporting Sales-related configurations and solutions, and facilitating clear communication between departments. This position reports to the Sales Manager.
