Sales Support Engineer II

About The Position
The Sales Support Engineer supports the sales organization by preparing accurate quotations, performing margin and pricing analysis, and managing sales processes and databases within SAP and QuoteWerks. This role is focused on sales support for pre- and post-sale opportunities from a non-technical, commercial perspective rather than technical product presentation. The position works closely with Regional Sales Managers, Project Managers, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate quotations and orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and 3-7 related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstration professional verbal and written communication across all levels
- Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask while adapting to shifting priorities working on tight deadlines
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
