The sales support coordinator is responsible managing the workflow, resource allocation, and data collection of support activities that assist the sales teams. The sales support coordinator also acts as the communication liaison between departments or between sales teams and senior management You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of working experience
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Proven excellent data entry skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in a functional business area
  • Project Management certification
  • 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops)
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Project management of large team or interdepartmental projects owned by the Sales departments
  • Budget review and weekly finance updates for all Sales departments; work closely with sales management regarding current spending trends
  • Meeting material and report preparations to support Sales & Marketing meetings and customer presentations
  • Support Sales managers and Sales Operations team to drive Salesforce adoption and utilization, onboarding new hires with the sales technologies, and creating/pulling reports from Salesforce as needed
