Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (contingent offer applies).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time management and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare for and obtain your Property & Casualty (P&C) license (company-sponsored).
Conduct business-to-business outreach via phone, email, and qualified lead sources.
Research prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
Accurately complete insurance applications and supporting documentation.
Maintain and update Applied EPIC systems with details, accurate information.
Provide professional communication and support to clients and internal teams.
Follow established processes, templates, and compliance guidelines.
