The Sales Support Associate will work with our customers and sales staff to ensure we deliver high quality service and solutions.

Requirements

  • Customer Focus: Prioritizes customer satisfaction by actively exceeding expectations.
  • Communication Excellence: Proficient in verbal communication with a clear and professional phone presence.
  • Tech Pro: Demonstrates strong MS Office skills, ideally with an intermediate to advanced level in Outlook and Excel.
  • Detail-Oriented: Combines meticulous attention to detail with active listening for accurate task execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales quotes and orders through ERP (Prelude) and AutoQuotes: This encompasses handling orders, auditing policies, processing and routing for scheduling, order acknowledgement, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Support salesperson / account manager: Perform administrative tasks for the designated sales manager, identify and support customer issues, and maintain departmental policies.
  • Master company resources, products, and pricing: Maintain thorough knowledge to clarify terms, pricing, discounts, and sales conditions for diverse customer orders.
  • Handle order changes and communicate proactively: Implement customer change requests while upholding policy, and communicate delays with solutions, balancing company and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work with category specialists for specific product information and sales managers to resolve conflicts.
  • Customer service: Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering positive and professional relationships through answering customer service calls and requests.
