About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is responsible for representing Ulterra professionally and ethically at the field and warehouse levels. This role plays a critical part in supporting the Field Sales team to meet customer demands. The position requires a high level of organization, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to navigate maps, use GPS, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to advance to an intermediate level.
• Comfortable using programs similar to social media apps for communication and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
• Public speaking skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of sales or relevant industry experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle under the Company’s Vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or similar discipline.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Previous experience in inventory management or field sales support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bits and other inventory to the field as required.
• Perform distribution, inventory tracking, and cycle counts.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance, including adhering to company dress code and facial hair policies.
• Ensure 100% accountability of inventory at all times through proper documentation and procedures.
• Keep company vehicles clean, safe, and well-maintained; ensure timely routine maintenance.
• Maintain open communication with Sales Supervisors, Applications Engineers, Account Representatives, and District Managers on a daily basis.
• Continuously learn about local applications, Ulterra products, and their proper usage.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
