Answer inbound calls to our advisor line to respond to inquiries, support needs and identify opportunities and route them to the appropriate territory team Assist team with lead generation and qualifying third party leads Build distributions lists for Sales to use in proactive outreach Liaise between both Marketing and Distributions Strategy and Analytics (DSA) to help support firm initiatives Use client relationship management (CRM) database software applications and other departmental databases to track client interactions and the progression of each client relationship Support sales and client relationships by providing research material, administrative follow-up and support Help with the preparation of detail-oriented reports and other materials for client meetings Provide database maintenance and compilation of business metrics Prepare documents for delivery to clients, including printing, mail merge and FedEx packaging Support and time available to achieve SIE, Series 7 & 63 Carry out other duties as assigned
