The Sales Support Associate is responsible for representing Ulterra professionally and ethically at the field and warehouse levels. This role plays a critical part in supporting the Field Sales team to meet customer demands. The position requires a high level of organization, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Deliver bits and other inventory to the field as required. Perform distribution, inventory tracking, and cycle counts. Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance at all times. Maintain a professional appearance, including adhering to company dress code and facial hair policies. Ensure 100% accountability of inventory at all times through proper documentation and procedures. Keep company vehicles clean, safe, and well-maintained; ensure timely routine maintenance. Maintain open communication with Sales Supervisors, Applications Engineers, Account Representatives, and District Managers on a daily basis. Continuously learn about local applications, Ulterra products, and their proper usage. Perform additional responsibilities as required.
