About The Position

ADP is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join their Commercial Operations Center of Excellence. This hybrid role, based in Maitland, FL, focuses on enhancing sales productivity and operational processes within ADP's Global Sales & Marketing organization. The analyst will leverage analytical and technical skills to support the measurement of sales metrics and facilitate effective decision-making across various sales teams.

Requirements

• Prior experience with CRM platforms and competency in Microsoft Office Suite (SFDC, Oracle, Capsule).
• Working knowledge of data aggregation and querying (i.e., SQL, AWS).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment with superb organizational skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.

Nice To Haves

• A college degree is preferred but not required; skills are more important.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, Data Reporting & Analytics, or Process Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive data analytics to proactively develop insights about the business and provide status updates to sales leaders.
• Prepare standardized reporting, analysis, and communications to support sales leaders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Develop a thorough understanding of key sales data sources and their interactions to produce meaningful reporting and identify workarounds for data gaps.
• Use exploratory data analysis to identify relationships, patterns, or trends from complex data sets to support decision-making.
• Provide highly engaged, client-focused support for Sales partners in a timely manner.
• Perform ad-hoc sales analysis and manage quick turnaround times for assigned tasks/projects.
• Seek information to understand sales team needs and provide recommendations for effective change management.
• Explain technical terminology and various approaches in an easy-to-follow manner.
