About The Position

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytically strong Sales Support Analyst to join our Client Engagement team. This role supports the execution of complex BPaaS (payroll and benefits), HR technology, and professional services transactions by assembling pricing, scope, and commercial documentation from cross-functional stakeholders through contract signature. The Sales Support Analyst partners closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk teams to gather inputs, prepare documentation, apply approved pricing models, and coordinate approvals. This role is focused on execution excellence, accuracy, and deal flow coordination. This is not a quota-carrying or pricing decision-making role. Pricing strategy, margin decisions, and commercial approvals remain with Sales leadership, Finance, and Deal Desk.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, proposal management, or contract administration
  • Experience supporting SaaS and/or professional services transactions
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deals and deadlines
  • Professional communicator comfortable following up with internal stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Deal Desk or commercial approval workflows
  • Exposure to HR technology, payroll, benefits, ERP, or BPaaS
  • Experience using DocuSign or contract lifecycle tools
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms
  • Paralegal or contract experience

Responsibilities

  • Gather scope, effort, and pricing inputs from Sales, Sales Architects, and Delivery teams
  • Assemble Statements of Work (SOWs), Sales Orders, pricing schedules, and proposals using approved templates and models
  • Ensure documentation accurately reflects validated inputs and assumptions
  • Apply established pricing frameworks and escalate questions or gaps for review
  • Populate pricing spreadsheets and financial models using approved inputs
  • Validate calculations for accuracy and completeness
  • Flag potential pricing inconsistencies, missing inputs, or risks to appropriate stakeholders
  • Maintain organized pricing and deal files
  • Prepare and update proposals, SOWs, Sales Orders, and related documents
  • Coordinate document revisions and redlines with Legal and Sales
  • Prepare final contract packages for signature
  • Send agreements via DocuSign or similar tools
  • Track execution status and follow up as needed
  • Manage deal and proposal intake through a request or ticketing system
  • Track deal progress, dependencies, approvals, and deadlines
  • Support prioritization across multiple concurrent deals
  • Proactively follow up to keep deals moving forward
  • Serve as a central coordination point between Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk
  • Communicate clearly regarding timelines, required inputs, and next steps
  • Ensure deal documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards
  • Maintain commercial templates and documentation standards
  • Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
  • Support audits and reporting requests as needed
