Requirements

  • Associates degree (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of related experience
  • Proven experience supporting a Sales team and working with a remote workforce is highly desired
  • Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally to complete tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong ability and willingness to learn and upskill in new areas
  • Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work autonomously with minimum direct supervision
  • Ability to see the "big picture" and identify short-term steps to achieve the long-term goal
  • Experience performing administrative duties such as: Maintaining and organizing files, work areas, and office equipment
  • Ordering supplies to maintain Sales efficiency
  • Setting up meetings and arranging travel
  • Taking meeting minutes and dispersing accordingly
  • Organizing sales events such as conferences
  • Coordinating and scheduling small catering events
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Expense reporting and expense management
  • Proficiency in utilizing business tools such as Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired

  • Ideal candidate will be located in Atlanta, GA area or Eastern Region

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Regional Sales Directors, Sales District Managers, and other Sales team staff
  • Support to include but not limited to: Advanced administrative duties
  • CRM System Tasks
  • Data analysis
  • Creating presentations and reports
  • Contract Maintenance
  • Collaboration across groups
  • Assisting with customer support
  • Special assignments
  • Working overtime during critical times frames as needed
