Position Purpose: As a Sales Support Administrator, you will report to the Division Sales Director. You will be the inside support specialist responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Core-Marks sales technology, programs, and DCMS-based maintenance. A successful candidate would possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task supporting the sales team members and Core-Marks wide variety of business solutions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• DCMS & ecportal (Tiva) experience preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Ability to learn how to operate a hand-held inventory control device, calculators, and computer.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Outlook.
• Ability to perform math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Key functions would be gathering compiling and analyzing sales data
• Implement pricing strategy and ongoing updates.
• Reporting on all sales related activity.
• Division Reply, CRM, BI-APP technology administration.
• Supporting the sales team organizational structure with DCMS ledger maintenance.
• Support invoicing and program-related implementation (billing, CDUs, DCMS program table management)
• Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
