About The Position

At Ethnix Group, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our fast-paced sales environment. This individual will execute strategies to drive sales growth, oversee the performance of sales teams, and ensure customer satisfaction across all engagements. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in achieving our revenue goals and maintaining high levels of customer retention. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales targets. Supervise daily activities of sales representatives, including providing training, guidance, and support to enhance performance in the trade. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to produce desired results. Engage with key clients to ensure continuous business growth and repeat business. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Ethnix Group’s policies, including attendance, punctuality, and safety standards. Communicate between sales teams and other organizational units to ensure product and customer service quality. Organizational Responsibilities: Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s). Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, warehouse, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s). Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the site's efficiency, profitability, and productivity. Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, logistics tools, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training programs and by accessing other sources of information and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility. Work Hours (may vary by state or location): This position is scheduled for 40 hours in a regular work week. Hours of operation vary by site and shift. Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled and must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied. Requirements

  • Strong mathematical skills for financial record-keeping and inventory audits.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate sales leads, conduct presentations, and close sales.
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership, with strong skills in sales strategy and team management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in sales may be considered.
  • Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of a sales and marketing platform, internet, and CRM platform background sufficient to resolve customer complaints and issues and complete financial records, documents, and reports. Education bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete documents, and answer questions in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as needed. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Strong mathematical acumen for managing sales figures, pricing strategies, and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex sales challenges and adapt to evolving market conditions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, TEAMS, and spreadsheet management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents. Proficiency and fluency in using the internet.
  • Valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel needs.
  • This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, requiring effective management and motivational skills.
