Requirements

• 3–5+ years of proven sales success in logistics, cargo, or freight forwarding
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-first mindset
• Solid knowledge of cargo services, pricing, and documentation

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance in a fast-moving operation where speed and execution matter
• Lead daily sales activity and push hard to exceed revenue targets
• Build, grow, and dominate relationships with freight forwarders and key accounts
• Hunt for new business and turn opportunities into revenue
• Stay ahead of market trends, pricing, and competitors
• Work closely with operations to deliver fast, reliable cargo solutions
