The Sales Supervisor is a frontline sales leader responsible for driving membership sales, supervising the front desk team, and supporting day-to-day studio operations. This role is highly sales-focused and execution-oriented. The Sales Supervisor leads by example on the floor, owns lead conversion performance, and ensures consistent customer service standards—while partnering with CAMFIT leadership for operational oversight, staffing support, and strategic direction.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable coaching peers and providing real-time feedback.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM, scheduling, or POS systems.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and customer experience.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Own daily sales execution, lead follow-up, and membership conversion.
  • Drive revenue through outbound calls, email/text follow-ups, referrals, promotions, and in-studio sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key sales KPIs including lead conversion, close rate, and new membership sales.
  • Execute corporate and regional sales campaigns with consistency and urgency.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision of Sales Associates (front desk team).
  • Coach team members on sales conversations, objections, and the Orangetheory membership experience.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new Sales Associates.
  • Reinforce performance expectations, accountability, and service standards.
  • Support daily studio operations including scheduling coverage, opening/closing procedures, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the studio environment is clean, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Serve as the point of contact for escalated member concerns when a Studio Manager is not present.
  • Partner with CAMFIT leadership on staffing needs, performance concerns, and operational priorities.
  • Deliver an exceptional first impression for all prospective and current members.
  • Support local marketing efforts, referral initiatives, and community outreach activities.
  • Foster a positive, energetic studio culture that reflects the Orangetheory brand.
