About The Position

The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and ensuring an exceptional customer experience within our retail store. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence, customer service and will be responsible for implementing effective sales tactics to drive store revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Four+ years of retail sales experience preferably within a luxury retail environment
  • Demonstrated success in leadership role
  • Passion of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be a strong team player, punctual, and excellent attendance record
  • Ability to multi-task, and prioritize tasks
  • Strong professional and personable demeanor
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in computer skills Microsoft Office Suite, Mac, PC
  • Familiar with POS terminals, tablets, phone
  • Able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Must sign an NDA
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time, physically mobile; can lift up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Maintain exceptional performance in sales associate duties
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure team members meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and individual success.
  • In coordination with management, implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create and execute promotions and events that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Ensure an unparalleled customer experience through excellent product knowledge, service, and engagement.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall store ambiance.
  • Track individual and team performance against sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales metrics, trends, and team achievements.
  • Ensure incentive programs to motivate and reward high-performing team members are being followed.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
  • Supervise inventory control measures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
  • Maintain and apply company’s procedures and policies at all times
  • Maintain appropriate physical and apparel appearance utilizing uniform standards approved by retail management
  • Direct opening and closing procedures; delegate tasks to sales associates
  • Perform cash handling, reconciliation, credit card processing, and banking duties
  • Enforce compliance with safety policies and regulations
  • Communicate with upper management regarding operations and personnel
  • Report on employee attendance, productivity, and daily operations
  • Assist with the weekly Retail Update report, providing insights and feedback to the manager or sending on their behalf if they are absent.
  • Collaborate with the management team to facilitate client engagement initiatives, including special store events, exclusive VIP experiences, bespoke holiday and birthday gifts, and developing grassroots community activities.
