About The Position

Responsibilities: Clean and maintain buildings/facilities Shampoo carpets Strip and wax floors Machine scrub floors Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems Follow assigned work schedules and routes as directed. Report any barriers. Provides leadership and direction to team members. Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building Reports damaged, broken and out of work features/items Oversee and perform additional service requests in assigned building Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager. Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly. Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns. Manage the company’s quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings. Conduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings. Track all work through company’s work order application. Carry out supervisory responsibilities as needed Perform other duties as assigned - Job duties may be modified at any time. Requirements: Drive his own vehicle Have a valid driver’s license English and Spanish Able to lift to 50 lbs
