About The Position

The Sales Success Coordinator is responsible for delivering superior customer service and personalized support throughout the solar project lifecycle. This dynamic role acts as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely progress across all project milestones. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, organization, and pipeline management, while playing a key role in supporting referral opportunities and overall sales success.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service across multiple communication channels (phone, email, text).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working closely with sales teams and supporting sales pipeline workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF tools, and digital document management platforms.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
  • Provide personalized support to customers from the point of sale through project completion across all territories.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the solar project lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with sales reps to manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads and opportunities move efficiently through each stage.
  • Monitor active solar projects, tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and coordinating solutions to maintain timelines and accuracy.
  • Collect, verify, and manage all necessary documentation from customers and sales teams to meet project requirements.
  • Proactively communicate project status updates and respond to customer inquiries, providing excellent service and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, permitting, and installation teams to troubleshoot delays or concerns.
  • Assist in referral management and follow-up to support ongoing business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks using strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
