About The Position

The Sales Success Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales process and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through project handoff. This position works closely with sales representatives, customers, and internal operations teams to streamline communication, facilitate project readiness, and help drive overall sales performance in the solar installation industry.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative coordination (preferably in the solar, construction, or home services industry).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic office software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the initial sale, ensuring clear communication and smooth progression through the onboarding process.
  • Assist sales representatives by preparing documentation, entering data into CRM systems, and maintaining accurate and timely customer records.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, site visits, and follow-ups to support the sales cycle.
  • Review project details, proposals, and contracts for accuracy and completeness prior to handoff to operations.
  • Guide customers through next steps in the solar installation process, addressing questions and ensuring they understand timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Provide proactive updates to customers regarding project milestones, outstanding tasks, and necessary documentation.
  • Resolve routine customer issues or escalations and coordinate with supervisors or specialized teams when additional support is needed.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, permitting, finance, and installation teams to assist with project readiness and ensure accurate information flow.
  • Communicate status updates and potential delays to internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
  • Support the onboarding of new sales team members by providing process guidance and documentation.
  • Monitor and track sales pipeline progress, completion of customer tasks, and key performance metrics.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales-to-installation workflow and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for sales management as needed.
