Start your Voyage – Getting to Know the Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Sales Strategy Intern to join our team for the summer. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, market analysis, and strategic planning. You will work closely with the team to support initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing/communications, economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency with AI applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Interest in sales strategy, business development, and data-driven decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, CoPilot, Tableau, Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify manual processes for CoPilot/automation (e.g., building cost comparison agents, creating macro-enabled Excel files).
  • Review, update, create, and format workflow and training documents; organize sales materials for accessibility as needed.
  • Assist with overflow tasks from the sales teams.
  • Create test cases for business releases as needed.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule meetings for sales teams.
  • Support the sales campaign activity.
  • Prepare internal and external sales content for compliance review and posting to internal sites.
  • Assist with CE submissions, scheduling, and revisions.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and dashboards.
  • Provide support in analyzing sales performance data to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and potential thought leadership content.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on key findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in special projects related to sales enablement and process optimization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
