Application Deadline: Monday, April 20th The Sales Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager drives execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives across the Fleet Sales organization, translating strategic direction into scalable sales strategies that improve revenue, efficiency, and decision-making. It reports directly to the Director, Sales Strategy & Enablement and requires strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional project leadership skills. The Sales Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager is responsible for turning strategic direction into action and effective scaling of sales strategies across the Fleet Sales Organization. The Sales Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager will work as part of the Sales Strategy and Sales Business Office to support complex efforts across multiple functions and business units to drive business efficiency and sales productivity. Duties include engaging with sales teams and sales leaders to identify needs and enable sales, driving efficiencies and discipline to minimize errors and provide timely responses across the organization. This role will bring a strong blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, and execution discipline to advance high-priority initiatives that enhance visibility, improve decision-making, and support strategic sales growth.
