About The Position

The Revenue Operations Analyst role is one which helps to craft insights, improve processes and measure the impact of various performance initiatives. You believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback from others. What you’ll do: Run and improve the forecasting cadence for the North America Commercial and SMB business. Design, development, testing and deployment of Tableau Dashboards and Salesforce reports and dashboards Leverage existing datasets and dashboards to perform ad-hoc data analysis Recommend business process improvement through data analysis and testing Present findings and analysis to department leadership Support the annual planning process with input across territory, segmentation and coverage design

Requirements

  • Experience working in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or similar
  • Ability to identify and communicate business insights with confidence
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong Salesforce and Tableau skills
  • Proficient using SQL to query large data sets
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
