The Sales Specialist plays a vital role in representing the Northbridge brand, supporting organizational occupancy targets, and ensuring that prospective residents and families receive exceptional service throughout the sales and move-in process. The Sales Specialist is responsible for providing strategic and operational sales support to assigned Northbridge communities at the direction of the Vice President of Sales. This role is deployed to communities with specific sales, occupancy, or operational needs and is instrumental in driving performance through lead generation, outreach, closing sales, and supporting transitions during Sales Director vacancies. This position is 100% field-based and requires frequent travel. Assignments vary in length and focus based on the evolving priorities of the community and the goals established by the VP of Sales.
