About The Position

Whitney Place Assisted Living and Memory Care at Natick is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented LPN to join our team of dedicated caregivers, playing a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of residents within our community. This position involves assessing the health needs of residents, developing personalized wellness plans, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal health outcomes. The Wellness Nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement health initiatives and educational programs that empower residents to take charge of their health. Additionally, this role requires monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of wellness programs, making adjustments as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the community.
